My purpose is to support people in the pursuit of their dreams so that they can attain their full potential in a more effective way.

As ICC certified Coach, with a specialization in Sports Mental Coaching and in Psychology for High Performance as well as Intelligent Leadership, I use different techniques to enhance the self-knowledge my coaches get from Clifton Strengths and help them transform their talents in strengths.

Early on in my life there were two aspects that had a strong impact on me:

multiculturality – I have a British mother and a Portuguese farther, we were expats in French Africa and all along my career I had the privilege of working with people from different backgrounds, and with different countries from four continents, having become fluent in English, Portuguese and French and conversational in Spanish.

sports – I was an athlete, and I rapidly incorporated the aspects that currently most characterize me as a professional: determination, resilience, focus and discipline.

It was these experiences that lead me to decide to take a degree in Sociology – I wanted to better understand cultures and groups to be able to enhance teamwork.

My career was developed in Human Resources and divided in two main pillars: the corporate side (where I worked in leading multinationals like Nestlé, major retail companies like DIA and top pharmaceuticals like Abbott Laboratories) and HR consulting (where I took part of dynamic start-ups like Jason Associates, transnational head-hunters like Odgers Berndtson and leading local recruiters like Ray Human Capital).

In 2018 I decided to launch my own company where I make use of my varied experience and bring into the corporate world all the great aspects of the sports world. Here I have continued to diversify my experience managing projects so varied like the Cultural Transformation of a Financial institution, the development of the new Vision of a Communication agency or becoming an Advisor to the Board in Human Capital of an Investment Bank, a Coach to a Scientist of an Investigation Centre, a Mentor to a People & Culture Director, or a Mental Coach to athletes.

I believe that the diversity of my experience is what makes me a more robust Coach and has allowed me to develop my own proprietary coaching tool “Coach2Lead” that combines images and sports mindset.

I hold a post-graduate degree in Management and Strategic Development of Human Resources and a Certificate in Principles of Business that allow me to understand businesses and the more traditional HR tools. Additionally, I am MBTI and EQi certified which allows me to support my coaches with instruments that give them a more holistic view of themselves and helps improve their understanding of their dynamics with others.

My Top 10 CliftonStrengths are: Responsibility | Developer | Relator | Discipline | Activator | Communication | Achiever | Positivity | Woo | Focus.

My MBTI Type is: Extroverted | Sensing | Thinking | Judging (ESTJ)
