Two experiences shaped who I am and how I work:
•Multiculturality – With a British mother, a Portuguese father, and childhood years spent as an expat in French Africa, I grew up surrounded by diversity — of people, cultures, and perspectives. This taught me early the power of empathy, curiosity, and connection. Over time, I’ve worked with professionals from four continents and become fluent in English, Portuguese, and French, with conversational Spanish adding another bridge of communication.
•Sports – My years as a competitive swimmer taught me discipline, focus, and resilience — but also the importance of teamwork and trust. Even in individual performance, success depends on the collective: teammates pushing one another, coaches believing in you, and the shared pursuit of excellence. Those lessons define how I coach, lead, and live — with determination, empathy, and courage to grow.
These experiences led me to study Sociology, driven by a deep curiosity about how people and cultures interact — and how that understanding can help them work better together.

•Corporate HR –I worked with leading multinationals such as Nestlé, major retailers like DIA, and global pharmaceuticals including Abbott Laboratories, developing a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and talent strategy.
•HR Consulting – I partnered with innovative start-ups such as Jason Associates, international headhunters like Odgers Berndtson, and leading local firms including Ray Human Capital, supporting clients in building stronger, more human-centered organizations.
